On the episode in February of 2013 of SmackDown, she played her first ever match. Following that, she started appearing in SmackDown Main event events and WWE other shows. Total Divas recruited her in September 2013 via a 7-on-7 tag-team elimination game between True Divas and Total Divas. The match ended with her being eliminated by Mendes. She was crowned her title of Divas Champion in February's Elimination Chamber in which she beat AJ Lee. It was the following week where she faced Lee for a second time and was unable to take home her title. Afterward, Ariana faced Lee for the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational title which was also won by Lee. On July 14, 2014, Nikki Bella participated in the match as Summer Rae Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes Summer Rae. Ariana only was there to face Nikki Bella. After the show, during the pre-show of Battleground, she had the opportunity to take on Naomi. Ariana took the win. In the end, this brought about their rivalry. As of the summer of 2010 They fought each other in various singles and handicap events and tag team battles. Since then, she's faced other wrestlers, such as Paige Bella and her twin sisters Alicia Fox as well Asuka. WWE announced that Ariana was released from contract in the year 2016 after the two-month inactivity. Arina joined WWE NXT since her resignation. In just a couple of NXT episodes she was joined by Bayley to compete in the NXT Women's Championship.
